Established in 2022 by Mike Donmoyer, an Architectural Technology graduate and former municpal building inspector. Mike recognized a need to provide a more integrated, client focused service creating functional, personalized environments that reflect each family’s unique lifestyle.
Based in Woodstock, Ontario, we’re a design-build firm specializing in functional and beautifully crafted spaces. From kitchens and bathrooms to basements, whole-home remodels, and additions, our goal is to deliver exceptional quality and personalized service that brings your vision to life.

We do. We take care of preparing plans, delivering them to the building department, and scheduling inspections.

Yes. Without a detailed plan and materials selected we won't be able to give you an exact price for your project but we can give you a budget range figure based on the information you provide and existing site conditions.

We're going to be stuck with one another for the length of your project... We both want to make sure we like, trust, and can work well with one another - or it's not worth it - for either of us.
Also gives us a chance to understand what you want for your project.

Our construction projects use a fixed-price contract. It's our responsibility to get the numbers right.
A cost plus or time and material contract has its benefits for specific scenarios but without a max price amount, costs can get out of hand- quickly.

Changes to the price only occur when;
You want something additional during construction, such as an additional light fixture
A unforseen issue was discovered during demo or construction that needs to be address.
In all cases, a change order will be provided, reviewed and signed by the owner and us prior to any work being started on those changes.

When you have an item you would like to add or subtract from the scope of work, we will send you a change order via email Upon your approval and online signature, your contract amount will be updated.

Yes - I was. I'm able to draw on my experience, knowledge, and understanding of Ontario building codes, municipal zoning requirements, and other governmental regulations to help ensure our projects are compliant, safe, and designed correctly - the first time.

You bet! Our trade partners are licensed professionals with very specific skill sets in their trade. The time saved, piece of mind, and added knowledge is well worth the investment. By bringing these trades into the project during the design phase, we help eliminate change orders and headaches during construction.

All material and labor are covered under a full warranty for 1 year from the date of substantial completion. Various material warranties extend beyond that. We'll include more about this in our contract.
