Project Development
Refining the details, we develop architectural floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to help you better visualize your space. We ensure all plans comply with the Ontario Building Code and local bylaws for a seamless approval process.
We help guide you through selecting finishes and materials that best suit your unique taste and lifestyle, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.
The project planning phase culminates in a detailed, fixed-price construction proposal, complete with architectural plans and a preliminary schedule, which we look forward to reviewing with you.

The Build
With the construction contract signed and a deposit made, we begin our pre-construction process. This includes ordering specialty materials, finalizing trade partner schedules, applying for necessary permits, and preparing your home for the project.
Once construction begins, we treat your home as if it were our own. Throughout your project, you'll receive regular updates, photos, and notifications via our project management software, ensuring you're kept informed every step of the way. Our commitment to transparency and communication guarantees a smooth and stress-free construction experience.

Completion
After a final walkthrough and thorough cleaning, your project enters our Warranty Phase. We offer a 1-year post-construction warranty to ensure your satisfaction. However, we are always just a phone call away if you have any follow-up questions or need assistance. Our commitment to quality and customer service extends beyond project completion, providing you with peace of mind and ongoing support.
